How to Brew

Grind 100 grams of Cold Brew (or use our pre-ground); this is a 2:1 ratio

Pour grounds into the filter chamber or over the coffee grounds in the bag.

Then pour filtered water into the grounds chamber. This is a slow process, however it is important for getting all of the grounds saturated. 

Leave on the counter for 12-24 hrs to extract (my magic number is 15-18 hours). Note: some cold brew recipes will suggest brewing in the refrigerator. You can do it that way, however we found that the extraction was weaker. For a bold cold brew flavor, room temperature extraction seemed to work the best.

After 24 hrs, pour and enjoy. Put the left overs in the fridge. Good for a week, but I doubt it will last that long.
