The Hail Mary was created with extra beans from the bottom of the bag. We threw this together with no real idea of how it would taste in the cup...turns out, it was delicious! We decide this blend would be our Hail Mary.
Notes: Ripe plum on the nose. Citrus forward with chamomile, hibiscus, and cranberry. Light, bright, and clean.
